Mode-sensitive magnetoelastic coupling in phononic-crystal magnomechanics

چکیده

The acoustically driven spin-wave resonance in a phononic-crystal cavity is numerically investigated. designed enables confinement of gigahertz vibrations wavelength-scale point-defect structure and sustains variety modes. Inhomogeneous strain distributions the modes modify magnetostrictive coupling excitation susceptible to an external-field orientation. In particular, monopole-like mode having near-symmetrical pattern shows subwavelength-scale volume can provide versatile acoustic scheme independent field-angle variation. Thus, platform offers alternative approach control dynamics with ultrasmall inhomogeneous structures, which will be key technology integrate operate large-scale magnomechanical circuits.
